Snack a Day 2008, Snack #3

I've got a thing for Kluay Ping. Grilled bananas do hit the spot.

But how to prepare these little breakfast sausage like treats? Make a fire, get some bananas, put some palm sugar on them, and cook until they turn all wrinkly. The sugar carmelizes and tastes as good as just about anything can.
