Coconut cakes, or Khanom Khrok as they're called in Thai are more delicious than snacks most people have ever had. If I could eat them everyday I would die happy and early. They are made of a batter that fill the holes in a special pan. When they're almost ready a little coconut cream/milk mixture is poured in the center. The outside cooks firm, the inside remains soft and often runny.
